Using this site does not create a client, contractual, or agency relationship between you and Nearby Septic.
Verification means we checked specific facts against official sources on a stated date — not that we guarantee any provider’s work. License data comes from official state registries (in Texas, TCEQ records) and is re-checked on a schedule; the ‘last checked’ date is shown. Licenses can lapse, businesses change, and registries update after our last check. A listing — verified or not — is not an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of quality, pricing, or conduct. Hiring decisions and contracts are strictly between you and the provider.
Cost figures are dated survey research, not quotes; permit information summarizes official sources but is not legal advice. Fees, rules, and processes change at the agencies that own them. Confirm current requirements with your permitting authority before starting work. Where our pages and an official source disagree, the official source controls.
When you submit a quote request, you ask us to share your submitted details with up to three providers serving your area, and you consent to those providers contacting you about your request. Consent language and its timestamp are stored with your submission. We don’t sell your information to data brokers, and our privacy policy governs everything we collect.
Don’t scrape, republish, or misrepresent this site’s data. The compilation of listings, verification data, and editorial content is our work product. You may link to any page and quote briefly with attribution. Automated bulk extraction, republishing listings as your own, submitting false quote requests, or impersonating a provider are prohibited.
