• Septic cost calculator — scheduled pumping by tank size and region, plus repair/replacement, from named, dated sources. Flat prices show as flat prices; where no verified figure exists, it says so instead of guessing.
• Septic tank size calculator — the minimum tank capacity your state’s own rule requires, by bedroom count, with the rule cited next to the number and the arithmetic shown. Where a rule is ambiguous, it quotes the rule and stops.

• Pump-out reminder — tell us when the tank was last pumped and who lives there; one email about a month before the next one is due, with the interval math shown before you hand over an address.
