Tell us when it was last pumped and who lives there — we’ll email you once, about a month before the next one is due. No list, no drip campaign.
Set the reminder
It’s on your pump-out receipt. Roughly is fine.
The math, out loud
EPA’s guidance is a pump-out every 3–5 years. Penn State Extension’s published solids math (2023) is why big households sit at the short end: each adult adds roughly 60 gallons of retained solids a year. So we use 5 years for a household of 1–2, 4 for 3–4, 3 for 5+, minus a year if a garbage disposal is in regular use — never less than 2. The preview under the form shows your date before you give us anything.
What you get, exactly
A confirmation now, one reminder about a month before your date, and nothing else — every email carries a one-click cancel link. Scheduled pump-outs are the cheap kind: every published price sheet we track puts emergency calls 25–100% higher. See the sourced ranges in the cost guides.
