Advanced Level I Installer. Licensed to install onsite sewage systems beyond the basic level, held on top of a basic level installer licence.
An Alabama licence is issued to a person, not to a company (Ala. Code § 34-21A-12(h)), and a business trades through the licensed individual in responsible charge. It is valid statewide, not only in the counties listed beside it on the board’s roster. Every licence expires on December 31 and renews on continuing education and a current bond (§§ 34-21A-12(d), 34-21A-18); the executive director must suspend any licence whose bond lapses (§ 34-21A-16).
