Wood County's zoning sits with its townships under Chapter 519 of the Ohio Revised Code, and the county's own planning commission records that seventeen and a half of the county's nineteen townships are zoned. The commission holds the maps and resolution texts for every zoned township, but administers no county-wide zoning resolution of its own.
