Pike County's planning office states that all 13 municipalities in the county have adopted a subdivision and land development ordinance and that the county acts as an adviser to them. There is no county ordinance underneath, so the lot-size minimum and the setbacks are whatever the township or borough says. DEP's service tabulation lists all 13 as running their own Act 537 program, which means the sewage permit comes from the same office.

A lot draining to one of them loses the § 71.51(b) planning exemption: the sewage module goes to the municipality and then to DEP, which is a second reviewer and a longer clock rather than a different septic system. Check your own stream on the drainage list before assuming the ordinary path.
